Dubiski Career High School offers a Dental Assistant program designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in dental offices. The program is available to juniors and seniors and includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training.

Students in the program learn about dental anatomy and terminology, infection control procedures, dental materials, and dental procedures. They also receive training in chairside assisting, sterilization techniques, and dental radiography.

In addition to classroom instruction, students participate in clinical rotations where they gain practical experience in a real dental office. During these rotations, students work under the supervision of licensed dental professionals and assist with patient care.

Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to take the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) examination, which is required for certification as a dental assistant in some states.

The Dental Assistant program at Dubiski Career High School provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a career in the dental field. Graduates may pursue entry-level positions in dental offices, or they may choose to continue their education and become dental hygienists or dentists.
