Pima Medical Institute - Houston
The Dental Assistant program at Pima Medical Institute – Houston is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work as entry-level dental assistants. The program can be completed in as little as 9 months and offers hands-on training in a simulated dental office setting.
The curriculum of the program covers a variety of topics related to dental assisting, including dental anatomy, radiography, infection control, chairside assisting, and dental specialties. Students will also learn about dental terminology, dental materials, and dental office management.
